SiteSmart is marking its first year in business with a growing client base, strengthened industry relationships and an expanding presence across the structural timber sector.
Specialising in the installation of low-rise timber frame, structural insulated panels (SIPs) and associated facade solutions, SiteSmart works with manufacturers, contractors and developers from early engagement through to final handover.
With high-profile clients such as Timber Innovations, the company’s first year has focused on building capability and establishing a consistent approach to specialist installation through an accredited team. Its mission is to provide a smarter way to install timber systems – reducing programme risk, improving productivity and delivering measurable project outcomes.

SiteSmart is an established member of the Structural Timber Association (STA) and continues to strengthen its involvement across the sector. The company will be exhibiting at next month’s Structural Timber Conference and is also sponsoring the Commercial/Infrastructure Project of the Year category at the Structural Timber Awards.
